Enercon has sold the Heringen-Waltersberg wind farm it developed in Hesse, Germany to the ENERCON Wind Onshore Deutschland I investment fund.
Heringen-Waltersberg is made up of seven E-101/3.05 MW wind energy converters built on hybrid towers at a hub height of 149 meters. This gives the wind farm a power output of 21.35 MW.
The two parties have agreed not to disclose information on the purchase price.
Enercon will take over the maintenance and servicing of the wind energy converters for 25 years.
