The Colombian unit of Enel SpA will develop and operate 37.3 MWp of solar power for eight Colombian business' head offices.
Enel-Codensa has been selected for the job following a bidding procedure launched in 2019 by Cosenit SA and Grupo Exito which coordinated with a group of large energy consumers.
Worth around EUR27 million (US$31.7 million), Enel will utilize 82,700 solar panels across 13 PV systems.
Project completion is scheduled in 2021 and 2022.
