ABO Wind and Grupo Renovatio have signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a 19.9 MW solar project in Colombia over a period of 15 years.
ABO Wind is currently developing the photovoltaic project and expects to start construction by the middle of 2022. The contractually agreed power supply of 43 GWh annually is expected to start in the spring of 2023. The solar park will reduce CO2 emissions by a total of 200,000 tons.
The supply agreement is due to begin in the second quarter of 2023.
