Elawan has closed the EUR19.6 million (US$21.3 million) financing of a 36 MW photovoltaic (PV) project in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.
The solar farm consists of more than 66,400 solar modules that will generate an estimated 74 GWh of renewable energy annually and feed power to about 7,400 households.
The project is in an advanced stage of development. It is anticipated to go operational during Q2 of 2023.
