Econergy Renewable Energy has signed engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements for two solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Romania with a combined capacity of 172 MW.
The Parau project in the Brasov region and the Oradea project in the Bihor region will have a capacity of 91 MW and 81 MW, respectively. Both projects are anticipated to be commissioned in Q3 of 2023.
The Parau EPC contract was signed with Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd., while the Oradea EPC contract was inked with CHINTEC Group.
