Cypress Creek Renewables agrees to 10% equity stake acquisition of Temasek-led group

Cypress Creek Renewables has agreed to acquire 10% equity stake of a group led by Temasek. The interests represent US$200 million investment which will be used to support Cypress' continued growth through creation, investment, maturation and monetization of its development portfolio. The company will continue to operate under its existing management and add two independent directors to its Board.

The company is a developer and owner of solar generating assets. It is a recognized industry leader in this regard, and by the end of 2018 will have developed and placed-in-service over 3.2GW of solar generating assets.
