China Three Gorges SA (CTG) has completed the acquisition of the 181 MW onshore wind portfolio in Spain from renewable energy company EDP Renovaveis for a total of EUR328 million (US$345.16 million).
The portfolio consists of 12 operational onshore wind farms that operate under a 20-year regulated remuneration scheme in Spain.
