Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has cleared without restriction the purchase by Brennand Energia of the stakes it does not already own in the 254.5 MW wind portfolio located in Sento Se, Brazil.
The stakes in the wind assets, form the Sento Se I, Sento Se II and Sento Se III wind farms, are acquired for a total consideration of BRL232.6 million (US$61.91 million). The projects involved are:
