The national power utility of Botswana, Botswana Power Corporation, has launched a request for proposals for the development of six solar photovoltaic (PV) projects across the sub-Saharan country.
The selected developer will be responsible for the construction, finance, operation and maintenance of six PV projects. The individual capacities and specific locations of the projects were not disclosed.
