Bluefield Renewable Developments has obtained planning authority for the 45 MW Brick House Harm solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the West Midlands region of England, UK after the developer revised the project to address concerns regarding the loss of high-quality agricultural land.
Due to residual engineering and design constraints, Bluefield removed intended solar modules from four parcels of "best and most versatile" (BMV) land totaling 15.4 acres following a comprehensive technical and design review.
The Brick House Harm photovoltaic (PV) park will be constructed southwest of the hamlet of Greete, in close proximity to the town of Ludlow.
