AERIF completes acquisition of 30 MWp Tiza solar PV project in Almeria

Aquila European Renewables Income Fund plc (AERIF), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tesseract Holdings Limited, has completed the acquisition of the 30 MWp Tiza solar photovoltaic project located in the Almeria region of Spain. 

The deal also includes the signing of the fixed-price power purchase agreement (PPA) with Axpo that will cover up to 70% of the production for a period of 6.5 years. The project has an estimated annual production of about 54 GWh. 

The financial details and the name of the selling party were not disclosed.
