Actis, Egyptian Government sign MoU for green hydrogen project

Actis has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a green hydrogen project with the Egyptian government. The MOU will grant Actis access to what might be one of the region's major hydrogen markets.

Hydrogen is widely used globally in the commercial industry, for example in the production of ammonia for fertilizer, methanol for plastics, and oil refining.
