TenneT Holding B.V., an electricity transmission system operator, builds, operates, and maintains onshore and offshore high-voltage grids in the Netherlands and Germany. It primarily offers power transmission and system services, as well as facilitates the energy market.

TenneT is responsible for a continuous supply of electricity. In addition, it aims for an integrated European energy market. It also provides non-regulated services, including management of infrastructure to send and receive broadcasting and telecom signals.
