French family-owned renewable investment company Watt & Co. has completed the acquisition of the 14.7 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) project from German project developer Energiequelle GmbH.
The solar PV park is located in the Decize commune in Nievre, France. It consists of 36,000 modules with 405 Wp each, spread over about 15.6 hectares of land. The project has been in operation since 2021 and sells its output for EUR515 (US$6.22) per MWh of energy produced for a period of 20 years.
