Univergy Internacional has sold two photovoltaic projects to Everwood Capital in Seville with a capacity of 75 MW.
The projects, acquired by the Fund IV of Everwood Capital, are located in Alcalá de Guadaira and have the following denomination and installed capacity: Keio Solar SL for Tena I (50 MW) and Asabu Solar SL for Tena II (25 MW).
The sale of the two facilities to Everwood Capital includes their full rights, through the aforementioned vehicle companies, which means that they are in full development and will soon be ready for construction and will be delivered in 2021.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
