Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL), a unit of Tata Power Company, has secured a letter of award (LoA) from Tata Power Delhi Distribution to develop a 255 MW hybrid wind and solar photovoltaic project located in Karnataka, India.
The hybrid project will be commissioned within 24 months from the execution date of the power purchase agreement with Tata Power Delhi Distribution (Tata Power-DDL). Tata Power - DDL is a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of NCT of Delhi.
The LoA was secured by TPREL through an e-reverse auction.
