The University of Queensland has announced the completion of 64 MW Warwick solar park in Southern Downs, Queensland, Australia.
The Warwick Solar Farm's output is expected to generate about 160GWh per annum, the equivalent of powering more than 25,000 households or reducing coal consumption by more than 60,000 tons. The output will be delivered to Ergon Energy.
The University of Queensland (UQ) has acquired the project from the renewable developer Terrain Solar.
