Tenaris to build 100.8 MW wind project in Adolfo Gonzales Chaves

Tenaris is planning to build a 100.8 MW wind park located in Adolfo Gonzales Chaves town, in Buenos Aires Province of Argentina.

The US$190 million wind project would supply up to 50% of the city's electricity requirements for its Siderca mill in Argentina and can reduce CO2 emissions by 152,000 tonnes per year.

The project will feature 24 turbines (4.2 MW installed power each) generating a total of 509 GWh annual electricity production. The wind farm is expected to become operational in the second half of 2023.
