TagEnergy completes acquisition of 99.9 MW Lakeside Energy Storage Project from RES Group

Renewables investor TagEnergy has completed the acquisition of the 99.9 MW Lakeside Energy Storage Project from the UK-based RES Group for GBP65 million (US$85.85 million). 

The project is located in Drax, North Yorkshire in England, UK. The construction of the plant is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2022 with target commissioning before the end of 2023.
