RWE has received planning consent for its Strathy Wood Onshore Wind Farm in Scotland, following a Public Inquiry into the proposals.
The decision was made by Scottish Ministers, and the consent is for a project with a maximum installed capacity of up to 54.6 MW, including 13 turbines with a maximum tip height of 180m. Subject to financial processes the project could be operational by 2024.
