Sonnedix has signed an 11-year renewable energy power purchase agreement (PPA) with one of the main energy groups in Europe.
The PPA covers the clean energy that will be produced by the 50 MW Sonnedix Bonete, a solar photovoltaic project located in the region of Albacete, Castilla-La-Mancha, Spain. Sonnedix acquired the solar farm at the end of 2021.
The deal commenced at the beginning of 2023. On this transaction, Sonnedix was advised by Watson Farley & Williams (legal).
