Sonnedix completed purchase of 18 MW solar projects from Grenergy

Sonnedix has completed the purchase of two solar photovoltaic projects located in  Maule and O'Higgins in Chile and has a combined capacity of 18 MW. 

The facilities were acquired from Grenergy Renovables for a total consideration of US$17.5 million. 

Grenergy Renovables will be responsible for the construction and operation of the projects.
