Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI), through the support of the World Bank, has launched a tender for the Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of a 100 MW (AC) floating solar photovoltaic project that will be located at the Getalsud Dam, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India under International competitive bidding.
The scope of the contract covers a 10-year plant operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of INR60 million or US$1 million as specified for the contract case of Bid Security.
The deadline for the submission of bids to participate in the tender is on June 27, 2023.
