Santos divests 12.5% interest in Barossa Gas Export Pipeline

Santos has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to sell a 12.5% interest in the Barossa Gas Export Pipeline to JERA.

The sale of the 12.5% interest in Barossa to JERA is subject to the negotiation and execution of a binding sale and purchase agreement, completion by Santos of the acquisition of ConocoPhillips’ northern Australia and Timor-Leste portfolio, third-party consents, regulatory approvals and a final investment decision on Barossa.
