Neoen, Mondo plan 600 MW energy storage project in Victoria

Neoen Australia Pty Ltd and Mondo Power Pty Ltd are set to jointly develop an AUD300 million (US$185 million) energy storage project in the State of Victoria in Australia. 

The Victorian Big Battery is planned to have a 600 MW generating capacity and will be installed in two stages in the City of Geelong. 

The city government is seeking public comments for the filing of the planned project.
