RES Group has filed a planning application for the development of the 59 MW Unshinagh wind project that will be installed near Carnlough in Northern Ireland, UK.
The wind farm will have 14 turbines and requires about GBP61 million (US$72.91 million) of investment. Once operational, the project can generate enough power for up to 70,000 local homes.
