The Demirli Wind Energy Project, a 60 MW onshore wind farm located in Kırşehir, Kaman Province, Türkiye and developed by RES (Renewable Energy Systems), has been sold to Reges Elektrik, following completion of permitting and the receipt of its production license in December 2025.
Once operational, the Demirli Project will avoid approximately 80,000 tonnes of CO2-equivalent greenhouse gas emissions and contribute nearly US$45 million directly to the public sector, including US$20 million in contribution fees over the first 10 years and US$25 million in grid fees over the 25-year project lifecycle.
