UK company Regency Mines Plc has announced the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in energy storage company Allied Energy Services Ltd.
Before the closing of the deal, Regency Mines owned 80% of the energy storage business through its subsidiary EsTeq Ltd.
