The state-owned company Public Power Corp. (PPC) Renewables has launched a tender seeking potential firms to provide engineering, procurement, and constructions (EPC) services for the development of the 550 MW solar photovoltaic project at a former lignite mine in Kozani, Macedonia, Greece.
The selected EPC contractor will complete the licensing requirements of the plant to proceed with the development and construction. Two substations are also to be constructed as part of the contract with the inclusion of the upgrading of the local electricity transmission systems.
The deadline for the submissions of tender requirements is on September 30, 2022.
