Pivot Energy has announced the acquisition of SGC Power, a community solar developer based in Maryland, USA. Since 2008, SGC Power has been involved in over 285 solar photovoltaic projects, totaling over 2,845 MW of solar energy capacity in over 31 states and territories.
The daily operations of SGC Power will not change. It will continue to do business as a unit of Pivot Energy.
