Pampa Energía has completed the acquisition of an indirect 50% of the capital stock and votes of Greenwind SA, a company that owns the 100 MW Mario Cebreiro Wind Farm (PEMC), for a total of US$20.5 million.
With the closing of the transaction, Pampa Energía now owns the control of 100% of the capital stock and the votes of Greenwind.
PEMC is a wind project located in Bahia Blanca, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The wind farm has been in operation since 2018.
