NovaWind starts the commercial operation of 210 MW Kochubeyevskaya wind project in Stavropol Krai

NovaWind JSC, Rosatom’s division responsible for wind energy projects, has started the commercial operation of the 210 MW Kochubeyevskaya Wind Farm, in Stavropol Krai, Russia.

The project will supply electricity and power to the Wholesale Electricity and Power Market.

The Kochubeyevskaya Wind Farm in the Stavropol Krai, with an installed capacity of 210 MW, consists of 84 wind turbine generators. Local content of facility equipment, as confirmed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, amounts to 65%.
