NovaWind JSC has started the commercial operation of its 120 MW Bondarevskaya onshore wind farm in Russia.
Located in the Ipatovsky District of Stavropol Krai, the wind farm is already supplying electricity to the wholesale electricity and capacity market. The project consists of 48 wind turbines and its equipment is 68% made by local producers (based on the local content of facility equipment).
NovaWind is a unit of Rosatom, the state-controlled nuclear energy corporation in Russia. The Bondarevskaya onshore wind farm is the company's third completed project in the Stavropol Krai.
