Ncondezi Energy Limited has announced a target signature date for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for its 300 MW coal-fired power project and coal mine in Tete, Mozambique. The contract has been agreed with China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) with the signature reverted for the third quarter of 2021.
The company also announced that a number of funding proposals are being considered to ensure that it is adequately capitalized to complete the next phase of the project’s de-risking milestones.
