Nautilus Solar Energy, on behalf of its affiliate Nautilus US Power Holdco, LLC, has completed the acquisition of eight community solar photovoltaic (PV) projects located in New York, USA from Cipriani Energy Group Corporation.
The solar PV portfolio is in the various stages of development across six counties in New York. It has a combined capacity of 25 MW, with the first projects expected to enter commercial operation by Q4 2023.
Once commissioned, the projects will provide an alternative energy source for New Yorkers that are within the coverage of the National Grid and NYSEG electric utility.
