Naturgy Energy Group SA has started the construction of a 300 MWp solar photovoltaic project located in Fayette County, Texas, USA.
The 7V Solar Ranch project requires about EUR264 million (US$276.84 million) of investment. It will consist of up to 555,600 solar PV modules that are expected to be operational by the end of 2023.
Naturgy is partnering with Candela Renewables to deliver the project. Once operational, the solar farm will supply energy to the ERCOT market.
