National Energy Commission approves upgrade to 60 MW of Parque Monte Plata Solar PV project

The National Energy Commission (CNE) of the Government of Dominican Republic has approved the 30 MW expansion of the Parque Monte Plata Solar photovoltaic (PV) plant totaling the current project to 60 MW capacity. 

The solar plant is developed in the Monte Plata province by Electronic JRC and Soventix that is the company in charge of the solar park's construction.
