MET Group has acquired a 100% stake in the 11.5 MW Kentzlin solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. The solar farm can generate approximately 13 GWh per year, equivalent to the yearly power consumption of 3,600 German households. The project is currently in the final stages of construction and is expected to commence commercial operations in the second half of 2024.
By acquiring the Kentzlin photovoltaic power plant, MET Group adds to its growing portfolio of renewable energy assets.
