Mercury Renew switches on 130 MWp Bon Nome solar power facility in Pernambuco

Mercury Renew has completed the construction of its 130 MWp Bon Nome solar photovoltaic project located in Pernambuco state, Brazil.

The project, with an estimated investment of about BRL400 million (US$75 million), can produce up to 275 GWh per year which powers 142,000 local homes.

Tradener, a Brazilian independent electricity and natural gas trader, secured a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA).
