Matrix Renewables has secured US$217 million in funding for the construction of the 143 MWdc Gaskell West 2 and 3 projects in Kern County, California, USA.
Lenders MUFG, HSBC, National Bank of Canada, and Commonwealth Bank provided the loan.
The Gaskell West projects, currently under construction, are fully contracted, with five long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) in place with California utilities and communities.
