Matrix Renewables has acquired the Stillhouse Solar Project, a 284 MWdc solar development in Bell County, Texas, USA, from OCI Solar Power LLC. The project will be constructed in 2024 and become fully operational in 2025.
This acquisition adds to Matrix Renewables' already diversified US-based clean energy portfolio, which currently consists of almost 6 GW across the CAISO, MISO, ERCOT, and WECC regions, in a variety of developmental stages.
