Lightleaf has released its new 110 W PV module, featuring SunPower Maxeon monocrystalline solar cells with  25.1% efficiency. This module is designed with a rigid carbon-fiber foam foundation instead of glass, making it  lightweight at just 2.5 kg.

The seaLeaf is specifically designed for the marine market, targeting sail and power boats with limited space. It is designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with integrated hardware and interchangeable mounting kits designed to withstand the marine environment.

The open circuit voltage of the module is 22.9 V, while the short circuit current is 6.35 A. It is powered by 32 efficient monocrystalline SunPower Maxeon GIII Premium ME3 solar cells. The junction box is potted and sealed with two Schottky bypass diodes and IP67 protection. It also contains a three-meter marine-grade 14 AWG circular cable with a plain end for easy bulkhead gland installation.

The seaLeaf is available for CAD650 (US$481.9 million) and comes with a three-year workmanship warranty and a five-year power output warranty.
