The Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has extended the deadline for the submission of documents to participate in a tender launched for an advisory role on the planned 1.5 GW Al-Dibdibah solar photovoltaic project.
The submission is extended until July 27, 2021. The mega solar facility will be implemented as an independent power producer (IPP) scheme under the auspices of KAPP.
The Al-Dibdibah solar project will form part of Kuwait’s Shagaya renewable energy development which will have almost 4 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.
