Japan Benex commissions 746.8 kW rooftop solar PV project

Japan Benex Corporation has commissioned the 746.8 kWdc Benex Yachiyo Solar Port rooftop solar array project in Chiba prefecture, Japan.

The photovoltaic (PV) system, comprised of 1,479 solar cell modules, should be capable of producing approximately 804,000 kWh per year, sufficient to cover the energy needs of approximately 270 families.

Currently, Japan Benex has a total capacity of 41.6 MW, of which 32.6 MW are roof-rented solar facilities.
