Idemitsu Kosan closes financing for 73 MW Luciana solar PV project in California

Idemitsu Kosan Co Ltd has secured tax equity and debt financing for the development of the 73 MW Luciana solar photovoltaic project located in Tulare County, California, USA. 

Morgan Stanley has provided a tax equity commitment to the Idemitsu Renewables America Development LLC while Rabobank extended a debt financing of an undisclosed amount. 

The project is operated by Idemitsu Renewables. It will operate under a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with East Bay Clean Energy (EBCE).
