CleanCapital has completed the acquisition of the 36.6 MW DC solar photovoltaic facility located in Inalahan, Guam, USA from GlidePath Power Solutions LLC.
Named as 'Dandan' solar farm, the project commenced operation in October 2015. It has been serving the Guam Power Authority (GPA), contributing about 6% of the island's energy requirements.
CleanCapital engaged K&L Gates and Guam-based counsel Arthur Clark as Buyer’s counsel on this transaction. GlidePath was represented by Morgan Lewis, Bockius, LLP, and Guam-based counsel Razzano Walsh, Torres P.C. as Seller’s counsel on this deal.
