Ib vogt has announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell a 98.4 MWp Italian solar photovoltaic (PV) project portfolio to Rubis Photosol. The portfolio comprises ten photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects, which are located in the Lazio region.
The sale is being executed on a one-by-one basis, with each project purchased individually as they reach ready-to-build (RTB) status over the next 12-18 months. The first two projects, which represent 25 MWp already reached RTB status and were acquired by Rubis Photosol on June 28, 2023. The remaining eight projects are expected to reach RTB over the next year. When the last project attains RTB by Q2of 2024, the entire portfolio will be financed and developed by Rubis Photosol.
Presently ib vogt has two other permitted solar projects comprising over 380 MWp in total solar capacity in Italy.
