Grupo Cobra has started the commercial operations of the 190 MW solar PV power complex in Alcazar de San Juan, Spain.
The solar power complex is composed of four solar plants (Alcázar I, Alcázar II, Valdehierro, and Valdecarro) and built with a total cost of EUR175 million (US$201.25 million).
The 190 MW solar PV power complex features integrated TrinaPro PV solution consisting of 560,000 units of TSM-PE14H multicrystalline half-cut cell modules, as well as the corresponding 6,206 single-axis tracker units, capable of generating enough power to meet the demand of 30,000 homes.
