Gresham House Energy Storage Fund is planning to raise GBP150 million (US$189.65 million) to develop 747MW utility-scale battery energy storage systems in the UK and Ireland.
The company is planning on extending its portfolio through the acquisition of 10 battery energy storage projects totaling 747MW, of which 647MW require due diligence.
The funding will be raised through the issuing of new Ordinary Shares at a Placing Price of 145p.
