Gresham House has finalized the acquisition of two solar and energy storage projects in the UK from Canadian Solar Inc. Canadian Solar will remain involved in the projects as an operations and maintenance (O&M) provider.
The subsidy-free projects consist of a 50 MWp solar capacity and a 38 MW/76 MWh battery energy storage located in Durham as well as a 28 MWp solar project located in Warwickshire, UK.
Both projects have complete permits and are ready for construction.
